Who builds it

A tow operator who writes the software

I'm Nick Bradfield. I own Athena Towing in Athens, Georgia, and most days I'm dispatching, driving, or both.

I started building our own systems because the software we could buy didn't fit how a tow company actually runs. Calls rang out when the crew was on a job. Motor-club invoices sat in portals until they voided, and the miles we drove back empty never got billed. Payroll ate every Monday, and the commission rules had exceptions no app would take.

So I built the fixes, one at a time, and ran them on my own trucks and my own money first. Deadhead Labs is those same systems, built around your shop instead of mine.

You won't get a sales team or a slide deck. You'll get someone who knows what a GOA is, why a motor-club deadline matters, and what it feels like when the phone rings at 2 a.m.
