Motor-club billing automation

Stop leaving deadhead miles on the table

Motor-club portals are where towing revenue goes to die: invoices sit, deadlines pass, and the return miles you drove never get billed. This fixes that — automatically.

Every motor club has its own portal, its own rules, and its own deadline. Miss the window and the invoice is gone. Bill only the loaded miles and you've given away the drive back — the deadhead — on every call.

At Athena Towing, pending GEICO dispatches are matched to the real job in Towbook, the return-trip miles are calculated from the actual addresses, the charges are checked against the rules, and the invoice is submitted. Swoop and other clubs run the same way. What used to be a weekly chore is now something you only look at when it needs you.

Every dispatch matched

Each motor-club job is matched to its record in your dispatch software before anything is billed.

Deadhead miles billed

Return-trip mileage is calculated from real addresses, so the drive back gets paid.

Deadlines watched

Alerts fire on how many days are left before an invoice voids — not on noise.

Checked before it's sent

Charges are validated against the rules first, so a bad number never reaches the club.

Questions

Which motor clubs does it work with?
It's running today on GEICO and Swoop at Athena Towing. Other portals are scoped in the assessment — each one has its own rules, and they're built one at a time and tested.
What about jobs that don't fit the pattern?
Gone-on-arrival calls and anything unusual are flagged for a person instead of being guessed at. Automation handles the routine; you handle the exceptions.
Does it need my portal logins?
It needs access to submit invoices on your behalf. How credentials are stored and who can see them is set up with you during the build.

What's costing you the most right now?

Missed calls, unpaid motor-club miles, or payroll that eats your Monday. An ops assessment shows you what to fix first and what it's worth.
